glay88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial institutions (banks, e-wallet providers) may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of the Operator.
To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal request can be approved. Example: A Player depositing Rp 500.000 must place bets totaling at least Rp 500.000 in cumulative stake value before withdrawal.
Bonuses and promotional offers are granted at the sole discretion of glay88. Participation is voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you accept all specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple (e.g., "30x"). Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts, colluding with other Players, employing wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting software errors — constitutes bonus abuse. glay88 reserves the right to void all bonuses, winnings, and associated balances in such cases and to permanently close the offending Account.
When playing with active Bonus Funds, you must not place individual bets exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the bonus terms (typically Rp 50.000 per bet). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and all associated winnings.
